After the location is cleared of enemies, the player simply has to return to Kells to collect their reward.The locations are selected from available dungeons and must have a boss character for the player to kill in order to clear it and contain at least one of the following types of enemies: Children of the Atom, super mutants, feral ghouls, or synths. The squire will give the player a location to clear and follow them there.After agreeing to a take a Squire out into the field, the player will be instructed to speak with the Squire at the Boston Airport on the ground. This is a repeatable quest given to the player by Captain Kells on the Prydwen.To this end, Squires are expected to periodically accompany experienced adult members of the Brotherhood in the field, in order to observe their elder brothers in the field and learn from their example.
The Brotherhood believes that practice and observation are just as important as theoretical study. Leading by Example is a quest that can be obtained in the Commonwealth in Fallout 4.
